Note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or used items.

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
  • In all other eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale items or special promotions (unless defective)
